A leleszi konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Homonnai Zsigmond egy részről, és Chap-i Pál meg Miklós más részről, a közöttük a nádori prézencia előtt a nádor perbehívó levelében foglalt tárgyban folyó pert Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) halasztják, úgy, hogy a per a királyi kúriában a felek rendes bírái elé kerüljön.
