Kassa, 20. d. f. II. a. Ascens-Domini. Garai Miklós nádor bizonyítja, hogy Abauj és Sáros megyék nádori gyűlésén Chudafalua-i Chuda Antal Sóvári Soós László pozsonyi prépost és Soós Péter meg Miklós ellen azt a panaszt adta elő, hogy ezek az ő és testvérei Chudafalua possessió (Sáros m.) határában fekvő Delnefew nevű erdőjét a maguk részére elfoglalták. A nádor a felek kívánságára a pert Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.) halasztja.
