Garai Miklós nádor azt a pert, melyet Delnei Kakas János fiai: András és Márk Sóvári Soós Péter és Miklós ellen a szepesi káptalan perbehívó levelében foglalt tárgyban indítottak, Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.) halasztja, megbírságolván egyben az alperes Pétert, mert nem jelent meg a kitűzött terminuson, pedig jelenléte nélkül a perben ítélet nem hozható.
