György áldozárnak, volt sóvári plébánosnak és Capy-i János káplánjának megengedi, hogy ez engedély kiállításának napjától Pünkösdig (máj,20.) Sóvár villában és máshol is dolgai elintézése végett szabadon közlekedhessék, majd lakóhelyére szabadon visszatérhessen. Szöveg alatt rányomott pecsét helye kiszakadva.
