Mátyás király mivel Syldeweghaza és Prodeghaza prediumokat Debreczen és Bezermen oppidumok szomszédságában Szabolcs megyében Albert csanádi püspöknek és fivérének, Hangach-i Sebestyénnek adományozta és hogy a prediumok jobban benépesüljenek, megengedi, hogy a prediumokon települők a Debreczen és Bezermen oppidumokban behajtani szokott vámok alól mentesüljenek, megparancsolja Debreczen-i és Bezermen-i tisztjeinek és vámosainak, hogy a vámmentesítést tartsák be.
