A leleszi konvent (Balázs prépost és a konvent) jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy Zalontha-i István királyi emberrel Imre papot, leleszi perjelt kiküldték hiteles emberül, nevezettek márc.29-én a megyében eljárva vizsgálatot tartottak, amely igazolta a hatalmaskodásról szóló panaszt. - Zárópecsét csekély töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) LELESZI KONVENT
