A jászói konvent (Márton prépost és a konvent) tanusítja, hogy megkapva II.Ulászló király beiktató levelét Gadna-i Domonkos királyi emberrel Gergely pap perjelt küldték ki hiteles emberül, ápr. 26-án Dethk, Kethy possessiókhoz és Gardon prediumhoz, Peren-i Imre birtokrészeihez mentek és Zemere-i Kelemen, Fanczal-i László, Bereth-i László és Kelemen, Bwd-i Mihály szomszédok jelenlétében beiktatták (Breza-i) Horwath Jánost és feleségét Candidat, lányát, Margitot. - Restaurált, kissé hiányos. - Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét csekély töredékei. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta - Bándi Miklós JÁSZÓI KONVENT
