A jászói konvent előtt Dolha-i Péter egyfelől, Horwath János másfelől vallják, hogy bár Dolha-i Péter Horwath Jánost V.László király oklevele szeirnt a királyi kúriában perbe vonta és Horwath Jánosnak 15.d.Georgii /máj.8./ 25-öd magával, 16.d.Georgii /máj.9./ 50-ed magával esküt ítéltek, Dolha-i Péter választott bírák közbenjöttével az eskütételt elengedte és Horwath Jánost efelől nyugtatja. - Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét töredékeivel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
