A jászói konvent előtt Orsolya, Monak-i Tiburcius özvegye, Kerth-i Bobis Miklós felesége vallja, hogy mivel neki Pestene-i Horwath Tamás hitbére és jegyajándéka tekintetében Monak, Zada, Bekech, ...ghgezo, Lwch, Mihaly, Lask, Lazou (Zemplén m.), FelsewGolob, Deveczer (Abauj m.), Swm, ...wa (Sáros m.) birtokok után az a néhai Monak-i Tiburcius birtokai után eleget tett, nyugtatja őt etekintetben.
