A sági konvent /Ferenc prépost és a konvent/ jelenti II.Ulászló királynak, hogy eltiltó-idéző-értesítő parancsát megkapták. /Bodahaza-i Boda/ Imre javára az ítéletet ugyan már végrehajtották, de a király parancsa értelmében Paloythay László királyi emberrel János papot mint hiteles embert kiküldték, aki aug. 13-án Ipolkezew Hont megyei possessiohoz mentek, ahol a királyi ember a hiteles ember jelenlétében Imrét birtokrészéről az idézéstől számított 32. napra megidézte a személyes jelenlét elé. - Hátoldalon perbeli feljegyzés. - Szakadt. - Zárópecsét töredékei. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
