Solmos-i Magnus Jakab (fia) András közjegyző oklevele szerint András Forro-i plébános házában Cece-i Márta, Horwathy Balázs özvegye egyfelől, Horwathy Balázs lánya, Orsolya Kenyz-i Istvánnal, a férjével másfelől megegyeztek, és Orsolya férjével együtt azt vallotta, hogy Márta Horwathy Balázs végrendelete tárgyában (1 acervusról, 2 ökörről, 1 tehénről) eleget tett.
