Katerine. A leleszi konvent előtt Monak-i Tiburcius vallja, hogy a felesége által az atyai házból hozott pénzt és javakat 200 forint értékben elköltötte, kárpótlásul birtokairól úgy rendelkezik, hogy azokból, ha Orsolya előtt halna meg, rokonai Orsolyát nem zárhatják ki, míg a 200 forintot ki nem fizetik, épségben hagyva Orsolya hitbér jogait.
