Szatmár megye tanúsítja, hogy a gonosztevők kiirtására tartott közgyűlésén Baxa fia György fia Lukács azt állította, hogy Byr-i János fia Tamás vétkes Péter fivére megölésében. A megye Byr-i János fia Tamást felmenti a vád alól, mivel Pétert Zeuke János Laskud-i nemes ölte meg. Eredeti, hártya, több lyuk, hátoldalon rányomott pecsétek nyoma.
