Sab. a. Quasimodo. I. Mátyás király Gereben-i Lászlónak jelenti, hogy a Szlavónia-i, Kőrös megyei Orbona possessiot Gereben-i László atyjától Maroth-i Mathius atyja jogtalanul elvette. Maroth-i Mátyus e birtokot visszaadta ”pro officiolatu” Gereben-i Lászlónak, azzal a feltétellel, hogy halála után teljes joggal rá is száll majd. A király a birtokban megerősíti Gereben-i Lászlót. Papír. Szakadt, a szövegből kisebb darabok kiszakadtak. A szöveg alá ny. p. töredéke. A szöveg alatt jobbra: Ad relationem Georgii prepositi Thesaurarii. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
