Zalathnuk város elöljárósága előtt György, a város Mindenszentekről nevezett egyházának plébánosa, unokaöccseinek: Martonpathaka-i Pál fiainak: Benedeknek, János deáknak, Györgynek és Andrásnak adja minden ingó és az oklevélben részletesen leírt ingatlanait. Így többek közt azt a curiát, ahol most a plébános lakik, s amelyet rá pro consectatione sui corporis ac vita honeste per ipsum dominum Georgium sibi factis Wrdugh (dictus) János fia: Antal özvegye hagyott, továbbá quandam locum cellarii in cimiterio ... ecclesie Ommniumsactorum. - Hátlapján kerek pecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Borsa Iván).
