V. die /ferie IV. a. Circumcis./ A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti Magyar Balázs erdélyi vajdának, hogy 1472. december 30.-i, szószerint átírt mandátuma értelmében a Tordán tartott közgyűlésen a vizsgálatot megtartotta és azt állapította meg, amit a mandátum tartalmazott, az ott megjelölt pénzösszeg /40 frt/ nagyságának kivételével. Papír - A hajtások mentén lyukacsos, foltos. Hátlapján töredezett pecséttel. KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
