A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Noway-i Péter fia, János, a Kolozs megyei Magyarfrata és Mehes possessiók közt elterülő Mathywserdew nevű erdő negyedrészét tíz évre elzálogosítja Sumkerek-i Erdely dictus Antal mesternek húsz forintért (Presentis nove monete regalis). Eredeti, papírja foltos, felső széle szakadozott, írása elmosódott, hátlapján pecsét töredékeivel.
