Az erdélyi káptalan előtt Pele-i Tharnok dictus Benedek és felesége, Ilona, néhai Chonto dictus Pál leánya a középszolnokmegyei Pele possessióban lévő, 80 arany forintért vásárolt birtokrész felét 40 arany forintért és rokonság címén Olnod-i Hercheg dictus Mihálynak és feleségének, Margitnak, Ilona édestestvérének adják.
