Ulászló királynak, hogy Koromzo-i János királyi ember és Miklós pap, a győri egyház Krisztus Teste oltárának igazgatója mint hiteles ember márc. 10-én kivizsgálták az országbíró parancslevelében foglalt panaszt, majd Malonsok birtokon megidézték Marczalthewy Demetert és fiát: Ágostont a király elé az idézés napjától számított 32. napra.
