octavo die inquisitionis (feria quarta ante festum b. Thome ap.) 1511. A győri káptalan jelenti Ulászló királynak, hogy Szentgyörgyi Péter országbíró 1511. december 9-én Budán kelt parancsára Várkonyi Amadé István panasza tárgyában, mely szerint Hédervári Ferenc és István az ő Ujhid nevű pusztáján a rétet lekaszálták és elfoglalták, vizsgálatot tartott és az alpereseket a pozsonymegyei Gyülvész nevű birtokukon megidézte.
