2. d. Dominice p. Francisci. A leleszi konvent bizonyítja, hogy Zsigmond király 1421. szeptember 27-i parancsára kiküldött királyi ember és hites személy Szabolcs megyében tanúvallatást tartottak és miután a kihallgatott tanúk vallomásai igazolták, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a mandátum tartalmazta, a hatalmaskodó Zakol-i nemeseket Zakol possessióból Rakamaz-i Balázs ellenében Mindenszentek nyolcadára (november 8.) a speciális prézencia elé perbe idézték.
