A váci káptalan jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy megkapta figyelmeztetést tartalmazó oklevelét, melynek értelmében una cum Valentino Kerezy de Besened királyi emberrel kiküldte testimoniumként discretum Petrum presbiterum, rectorem altaris b.Martini episcopi in dicta ecclesia nostra fundati, akik aug.4-én (feria secunda proxima p.f.Ad vincula b.Petri ap.) elmentek Agard-i Istvánhoz és megmondották neki a király szavával, hogy vagy a 32 arany forintot adja vissza Bathor-i Miklósnak, vagy engedje meg, hogy azt a birtokrészt zálogképpen továbbra is bírhassa. Egyiket sem teljesítette. - Zárlatán pecsét nyomai. VÁCI KÁPTALAN
