Az erdélyi káptalan jelenti Peren-i Imre nádornak és a kunok bírájának, hogy megkapta idézést tartalmazó oklevelét, melynek értelmében unacum prefato Benedicto Stephanum presbiterum, rectorem altaris Omnium Sactorum, in prefata ecclesia nostra Albensi fundati, akik júl. 27-én (feria tercia prox. a. f. depositionis S. Ladislai regis) kiszálltak a Fehér megyei Lomkerek nevű királyi birtokhoz, ahol a nádori ember a királyt ottani embereinek a fülehallatára az exponens úrnővel szemben Szent Mihály nyolcadára a nádor elé idézte. - A meghagyó oklevél hátlapjáról - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta ERDÉLYI KÁPTALAN
