Bude. die dominico prox. a. octavas bb. Petri et Pauli app. Lajos király bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult Dominicus, filius Andree de Sumkerek és bemutatta előtte Károly király patens oklevelét, amely annak az erdélyi részeken elveszett pecsétjével volt ellátva, kérve annak az átírását. Ő András fia Domonkos kérését kedvezően fogadva, a bemutatott oklevelet minden változtatás nélkül szóról-szóra átírta.
