sabbato prox. ante octavas f. b. Michaelis. arch. Az erdélyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Jakab fia Mihály bemutatta előtte a káptalan egy régebbi oklevelét, kérve annak szóról-szóra való átírását. (Lásd az oklevelet külön!) A káptalan a bemutatott oklevelet minden változtatás nélkül szóról-szóra átírta. Discretis viris domino Johanne preposito, Andrea cantore, Petro custode et Petro archidyacono de Clus, decano ecclesie nostre.
