A kolosmonostori konvent átiratából, amelyből azonban az oklevél alsó részének a hiánya miatt csak annyi állapítható meg, hogy a konvent Fratha-i Bancza Miklós vajdai emberrel Barnabás dyaconust küldte ki testimoniumként...az oklevél hátlapján lévő feljegyzésből pedig, hogy a statutionak Syle-i Benedek és Péter ellenmondottak. - A konvent csonka oklevele eredeti - Papír - Zárlatán pecsét nyomai - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Szilágyi hagyatékból) KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
