Nos Urbanus electus et confirmatus ecclesie Agriensies, királyi kincstartó és a nádor előtt folyó ügyekben a király által kinevezett ügyvezető, bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Zyrma-i Mátyus és Bélthewk-i Dragffy Bertalan nevében contra Nicolaum, filium condam Stephani, filii Stanizlai de Bathor Szent Mihály nyolcadától 24 napon át hiába várt, az nem jött, nem is küldött megbízottat, azért bírságban marasztalja el őt, ha nem tudja elmaradását igazolni. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
