Ulászló király prudenti et circumspecto Thome de Altember alias magistro civium civitatis nostre Cibiniensis. Hogy jelenleg milyen pénzszűkében szenvedünk és mily nehézségeken kell keresztül esnünk a csehek miatt, az általuk már leszolgált zsold kifizetése miatt, arról majd beszámolnak a kiküldöttek: Kanysa-i György és Zemthe-i Ferenc.
