Albert király Losoncz-i Desew erdélyi vajdához. Mivel ő Erdély összes bányáit simul cum montanistis in eisdem constitutis különös pártfogása és oltalma alá vette és magának a vajdának a védelme alá helyezte, azért szigorúan meghagyja neki, hogy ezekre signanter vero montanistas in montanis nostris Offenbania, Altenberck, Slatenaw et Kewrsyfew vocatis constitutos összes régi jogaikban és szabadságaikban mindenkivel szemben védelmezze meg.
