Sarmasagh-i Elek kijelenti, hogy Kwssal-i Jakch János (e) teljes elégtételt szolgáltatott neki, amiért familiárisaival elpusztíttatta Zygeth (Közép-Szolnok vm) nevű birtokát és egyik ottani jobbágyát fogolyként Hadad mezővárosába hurcoltatta, ott szemeit kitolatta (quendamque etiam iobagionem suum ... captivari fecisset captumque ad opidum Hadad etiam transduci fecisset ibique oculos eiusdem iobagionis dicti Alexi erui fecisset).
