Vingarth-i Geréb János az erdélyi részek kormányzója, megparancsolja Doboka szék nemeseinek, hogy korábbi ítéletlevelei tartalmának megfelelően késedelem nélkül engedjék székük előtt esküt tenni Iklod-i István és ZenthIwan-i Albert nemeseket, és az eskütétel megtörténtéről adjanak számukra oklevelet. - Szakadt, foltos. - Alul rányomott zöld viaszpecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Trostovszky) GERÉB JÁNOS ERDÉLYI ALKORMÁNYZÓ
