(octavo die = feria tertia ante Tibrutii et Valeriani, 1434.) A vasvári káptalan jelenti, hogy amikor György esztergomi érsek, királyi helytartó és nádori bíró Budán, 1434. február 21-én kelt és szószerint átírt utasítására Zeleste-i István fiát: Györgyöt a Vas megyei Thyak birtokon fekvő részbirtokba be akarta vezetni, Feles hugának leánya: Neste a maga és Wnyan-i Dávid fia: Ferenc nevében ellentmondott, megidézte őket.
