A pozsonyi káptalan előtt Pozsony város tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Budán olyan hír járja, hogy ő az országtól el akar szakadni, noha mindig hűséggel volt az ország, Mátyás király iránt és a káptalan bizonyítja, hogy a város nagy pénzáldozatok és sok kár ellenére is mindíg meg akart maradni a szent korona hűségén.
