A váci káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Zehthiwan-i Kothan Jakab fiai: Péter és János, Chonthfalwa-i Gergely fia Ambrus a gömörmegyei Sebden-en lévő birtokukat, jogbiztosító okleveleivel együtt rokonaik nevében is átengedik Sebden-i Byzo Gerard fia Péter, Péter fia György és Tamás fia Miklósnak s rokonaiknak, akik nekik viszont átengedik a nógrádmeygei Chonthfalwa-i, ZenthIwan-i és Kyskwthaso-i birtokukat. - Függőpecsét zsinórja. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bakács) VÁCI KÁPTALAN
