sexto decimo die introductionis /f. secunda post f. Omnium Sanctorum/. A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Mátyás király 1472 aug. 12-én kelt parancsára Uracsi Vér andrást bevezette a békésmegyei tarcsai birtokrészbe és az ottani, valamint a szintén békésmegyei Szarvas birtok királyi jogába. Eredeti, hártyán, felül ABC betükkel cirografálva. Függőpecsétje hiányzik. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
