Visegrád, (in Visegrad feria quarta c. in vigilia Assumptionis Virginis gloriose, 1342.) Péter szerémi püspök királyi kápolnaispán és titkos kancellár bizonyítja, hogy Codus (dictus) Miklós fiait: Miklóst és Istvánt Heem fia: Heem ellen megidézték. (Teljes szöveg), hártya, zárópecsét töredéke. Dátum után ”et quia dominus noster rex novus nondum habet sigillum comitatus (!)
