Az egri káptalan jelenti Zápolyai István nádornak, hogy amikor 1495. ápr. 6-án kelt parancsára Szécsi Miklós fia Lászlót és feleségét Annát, Serkei Lóránt fia György lányát leánynegyed címén be akarta vezetni a nógrádmegyei Zobor és Kürt részbirtokokba, az iktatásnak Derencsényi Péter fiai: János és Péter és társaik ellentmondtak, akiket megidézett. - Hátlapján zárópecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy).
