A garamszentbenedeki konvent tanúsítja, hogy Barcoh-i Zylwa Pál fia Jakab, családja és rokonai nevében is, eladja a barsamegyei Zenthmartonffa birtokon lévő elhagyott kúriáját 20 forintért Keer-i alias Roskowan-i More Ferencnek és családjának s kezességet vállal, hogy ha nem tudná a birtokban megvédelmezni, akkor Baroch-i (Bars m.) kúriáját adja helyette.
