A zágrábi káptalan jelenti, hogy István Dalmácia, Horvátország és Szlavonia hercegének 1353. május 14-én kelt és szó szerint átírt parancsára Tamás medwed-i várnagyot és gersencze-i ispánt valamint unokatestvérét: Thar (dictus) Jánost a körösmegyei Zenthepether birtokba ellentmondás nélkül beiktatta.
