Miklós nádor előtt Him fia Pál fia Benedek apácasomlyói várnagy kötelezi magát, hogy ha a zalamegyei Peliske folyó melletti Szentmihály birtokot visszaszerzi bírói úton, átadja Mikc bán fia Ákos mesternek, aki kötelezi magát, hogy 70 márkát fizet érte.
