A szepesi káptalan jelenti, hogy Vitus nyitrai püspök, királyi kápolnaispán és Tötös mester Visegrádon, 1343. július 19-én kelt és szó szerint átírt utasítására nyomozott és a fogott bírák ítéleténél jelen volt.
