(secundo die octavarum Georgii, 1359.) A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Azunfalua-i Domokos bán fiai: Miklós, János és Demeter illetve Azunfolua-i Osl fia: János fia: János a Vas megyei Azunfolua, Semien, Naray a soproni Nempthy, Chorna, Farad, Viychcha, Belyd, Moruch, Sorold, Seplak, Chopud, Chalad, a vasi Chehy és Mendzenth, a valkói Tard, Chabalaka, Monyorod, a baranyai Karocha birtokokon megosztoztak.
