Lajos levele értelmében (mely az Akoshaza-i Sarkan Bernát és Felsewlyndwa-i Zeeczy Tamás vasi ispán közt országos bírák előtt lefolyt pört is ismertette (kiküldtek néhai Sarkan László zalamegyei birtokaira (Thormafewlde, Dobry, Balaserffalwa) s azokat az ellenmondások ellenére neki iktatták.
