A nyitrai káptalan Rakouchi Demeter fia Pál fia Jakab nyitrai kanonok kérésére átírja a saját 1361. december 29-i oklevelét, amely szerint Bubek István országbíró 1361. november 2-i parancsának megfelelően Bezterhe határjárását elvégezve abba Jakab kanonokot beiktatták.
