A szepesi káptalan jelenti, hogy Kont Miklós nádor parancsára Zeukereszt és Hrapkou birtokát - amelyek korábban Vitézi Lőrinc birtokai voltak - Vitézi Lőrinc és Bertoldi Simon és Demeter közt két egyenlő részre osztotta, s pontosan leírja mindkét fél birtokrészének határait.
