A váradi káptalan jelenti hogy Dénes, erdélyi vajda parancsára a vajdai ember és a káptalani hites személy a Szolnok megyei Mezes hegyen épült Szent Margitról nevezett apátságot, Mezesapath-ot, királyi adomány címén minden ellentmondás nélkül átadták Kusal-i Jakch mesternek és fiainak.
