(decimo die diei citationis in octavis Michaelis, 1378.) A nyitrai káptalan jelenti, hogy amikor Szepesi Jakab országbírónak Visegrádon, 1378. szeptember 29-én kelt és szó szerint átírt utasítására Nema-i Kolus fiát, Jakabot a Komárom megyei Vos és Zeleber birtokokba iktatni akarta, Vos-i János fia László és Bana-i Bana fiai László és Domonkos ellentmondtak.
