A vasvári káptalan jelenti, hogy a királyi ember és a káptalani hites személy Szepesi Jakab országbíró 1375. június 17. után kelt parancsát egy részben végrehajtották, ellenben amikor Wyfalu-t is osztani akarták, ennek foganatosításában őket a Tyak nembeli János fia: János és Ferenc fia megakadályozta.
