Szilvásvár. in festo b. Mathei ap. Lajos király a magtalanul elhalt Felpinc Péter és fia Zsigmond Tolna megyei belei birtokát Zámbó Miklós királyi tárnokmesternek adományozza. (Tartalmi szöveg.) Tartalmilag átírja Szécsi Miklós országbíró 1383. május 16-án Visegrádon kelt oklevelében.
