Bude, feria quarta post Valentini. Zsigmond király meghagyja a szepesi káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Bertolch-i Miklós és Bertolch-i János fia: György között birtokosztályt készítsen, s ha ebbe György vonakodnék beleegyezni, akkor őt a speciális prézencia elé megidézze.
